Make an alive radar!

In this tutorial you will learn how to make an alive radar in some easy
steps!

Step1
Start out by creating a blank document, Select the Polygon Tool, set color
to #103000 and make a circle like picture!



Right Click on layer and click on
Resterize Layer

Step 2:Make it's style
Double click on the layer or go to Layers->Layer Styles->Blending options
and set these properties.

Step3:
Making it's mask:
Make a bigger circle using Polygon tool And Right Click on the layer and
click on Resterize Layer.
Hold down Ctrl and click on circle layer to select it.



Hold down Ctrl and Alt together and click on smaller circle layer:


Press Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse selection and then press delete
button.

Result:



Make style of mask:







Now select the circle layer and press
Ctrl+T.





Step 4: Add details

Press Shift+M to select Elliptical Marquee Tool .
Make a new layer using Ctrl+Shift+N.
Set style of selection to Fixed Size and set width and height of selection to
20px.
Make a selection like picture.

Add stroke.


Result:



Increase width and height of selection to 40,60,80,...,140px and add stroke
to them.
your result should be like this:



And follow the pictures:








drag layer2 under shape2.




Press Ctrl+T and rotate.


Result:


Add Glass to Radar:















finish:


Add some enemies to your radar!

Windows XP Progress Bar

Learn how to make a Windows XP Progress Bar
using adobe Photoshop.



Let's start.

>>open new document or press "Ctrl+n", we'll use 300x100x.

1)
Choose white
color and pick the
Rounded Rectangle Tool(U) and set these settings:
Color=white , Radius=5px
Click on your document and draw a rounded rectangle.



Click on "Rasterize Layer" shown on blow picture.




2)Making XP Progress Bar style
We're going to give it some inner stroke and shodow. Go to Layer >> Layer style >> Blending options and choose the following
settings

3)Make Progress Bar Content
Make a new layer (CTRL +SHIFT+ N)
Create a rectangle selection like picture:




Pick Gradient tool(G) and follow this steps:











Now press (Ctrl+D)
Result:



4)Complating The Progress Bar

Hold down Alt key and drag Rectangle for more
copy or go to "Layer->Duplicate Layer... ",



Finish Result :

Professional Menu or Content Box




Learn how to make a professional content or menu box using adobe Photoshop.

Let's start.

>>open new document or press "Ctrl+n", we'll use 300x300x.

1) Choose white color and pick the Rectangle Tool(B). Click on your document and
draw a rectangle.



Click on "Rasterize Layer" shown on blow picture.







2)Making menu box style

We're going to give it some drop shodow,inner shodow and stroke.

Go to Layer >> Layer style >> Blending options and choose the following
settings:

3)Make inset orb

Make a new layer (CTRL +SHIFT+ N) and pick the Elliptical Marquee tool (M).





Create a circle selection like picture:





Pick Gradient tool(G) and follow this steps:















Now press Ctrl+I in order to Invert the gradient color. Your result should be
like this.







Press Ctrl+l to open "Level window" and set these settings.







Add inset effect,
we used a black to white gradient for inset effect.

Right-click on selection and make a new layer and drag it's layer under orb
layer.







Pick Gradient tool(G) and follow this steps.











less opacity of new layer, your result should be like this picture.







4)Choose white color and pick the Rectangle Tool (B). Click on your document and
draw a rectangle.





Now we are going to make it's style, follow these steps.













okay, the result





You can add text and some details!we used "Julius" font.
